About the Position: The Licensure Candidate/Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Team Lead supervises the general oversight and direction of clinical team. This position establishes, administers, and directs the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), a self-contained clinical team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses; supervises and evaluates the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program clients; and functions as a practicing clinician on the team. Job Type/Salary: 08/14/2026 – 09/14/2026 Annual Salary is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 (based on DMH experience and certifications) Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. FLSA Status: Exempt Minimum

LBHP: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH). LCBHP: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board’s supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Requirements
Willing to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with position, e.g., attend training etc. Must maintain a valid driver’s license; and Position requires participation in on-call rotation unless exempted by Executive Director.
