About the Role The Lead, Delivery Management is responsible for leading the successful delivery of technology solutions that support business objectives and drive operational efficiency at Primient. This role ensures that projects are executed effectively and efficiently, aligning business needs with IT capabilities, and serves as a strategic partner and subject matter expert across key functional areas. The Lead, Delivery Management plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring value-driven outcomes through disciplined planning, execution, and governance. Key responsibilities: Own and Advance the IT Solution Portfolio: Drive execution across multiple projects, to ensure alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Serve as a Strategic Partner and Subject Matter Expert: Advise on business processes solution design and system capabilities to maximize value. Manage Cross-Functional Project Teams: Coordinate efforts across business stakeholders, IT staff, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation. Oversee Planning and Governance: Own and direct detailed roadmap and control delivery plans, timelines, and resource allocations to support successful execution, ensuring proper governance, documentation, and adherence to delivery frameworks. Engage and Align Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, senior leadership and vendors providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues to maintain momentum. Identify and Shape Transformation Initiatives: Partner with affiliates and global process owners to surface potential opportunities, contributing to the overall IT transformation strategy. Own Portfolio Financials: Lead financial tracking and forecasting for delivery portfolios, including budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis. Ensure Quality Through Testing and Validation: Oversee test planning, execution, and validation activities to ensure solutions meet functional and performance requirements. Manage Change Control: Ensure solution changes are well-documented, reviewed and communicated effectively. Develop People and Teams: Provide leadership and mentoring across teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and growth across IT and business-facing teams. About You Knowledge Core business domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Procurement) IT systems and Architecture (e.g., SAP, Arkieva, Workday, OSI-Pi, and Gensuit) Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, waterfall, SAFe), lifecycle management, and governance frameworks Vendor selection, SLA management, and contract negotiation practices Skills Lead diverse teams Influence without formal authority Stakeholder and vendor management Analytical thinking Financial acumen Budgeting, cost control, forecasting and ROI analysis Proficient in tools including ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar Mindsets Business partnership mindset Accountability Continuous improvement Customer-centric Required and Preferred Education/Certification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Management or related field (required) Required and Preferred Work

Experience

5-7 years of overall IT experience (required) 5+ years of Functional experience (required) 5+ years in project or delivery management roles (required) Proven track record of delivery complex IT solutions (required)

Experience

leading cross-functional teams, including business, developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders (required)

Experience

managing budgets, timelines, risks, and resource planning for mid- to large-scale projects (required)

Experience

in Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR and/or Procurement (preferred)

Experience

with ERP systems such as SAP, EHSS, Arkieva and Workday (preferred) Total Rewards The annual pay range estimated for this position is $110,437.60 - $138,047.00 and is bonus eligible. Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
