Job Description Visa Direct enables real-time money movement across cards, bank accounts, and digital wallets globally. We are hiring a Senior Director, B2B & Collections to lead the global commercialization of one of our fastest-growing segments. This role will define and scale solutions that enable businesses to send and receive funds more efficiently—across payables, receivables, and collections use cases. You will be responsible for translating payment capabilities into compelling, scalable solutions for clients, driving go-to-market strategy, and accelerating adoption and revenue growth globally. You will also lead a high-performing team and partner closely with product, sales, and regional teams to bring these solutions to market at scale. Lead Global Go-to-Market Strategy Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for B2B and collections solutions Identify priority customer segments, use cases, and growth opportunities Develop value propositions, pricing approaches, and commercialization models Build & Scale B2B and Collection Solutions Shape and evolve solutions supporting B2B payments, including supplier payments, receivables, marketplace collections, and treasury flows Translate complex payment capabilities into clear, scalable client offerings Partner with product teams to align roadmap with market opportunities Drive Growth & Commercial Performance Own adoption, revenue growth, and expansion of B2B and collections flows globally Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to accelerate growth Lead initiatives to improve time-to-market and scale proven solutions Enable Regional Execution Equip regional teams with tools, playbooks, and best practices to drive local success Ensure consistency of strategy while adapting to regional market needs Promote reuse of successful solutions across markets Partner on Strategic Opportunities Support complex enterprise and platform client engagements Collaborate with sales and solution teams to structure large-scale opportunities Use client engagements to validate and refine market propositions Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, marketing, risk, legal, and technology teams to deliver solutions Represent the voice of the market in shaping product innovation Align stakeholders around priorities and execution plans Build & Lead a High-Performing Team Lead and develop a global team focused on commercialization and growth Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration Attract and retain top talent to support expansion goals This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Experience
Experience
in payments, fintech, banking, or B2B platforms Demonstrated success in bringing products to market and scaling adoption globally Strong understanding of B2B payment flows and business needs across segments

Experience
