Senior Tender Specialist (Dutch Speaking)

What You Will Do Monitor internal and external tender platforms to identify and evaluate tender opportunities aligned with business objectives. Lead tender kick-off and review meetings to establish timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables. Prepare and coordinate qualification criteria to support informed Go/No-Go decisions. Develop and manage tender action plans, including documentation requirements, key milestones, and submission deadlines. Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the tender process to ensure timely completion of all activities. Communicate tender status, risks, timelines, and critical updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Collect, review, and manage all required tender documentation to ensure complete and compliant submissions. Maintain and continuously improve the tender content library and tender forecasting reports to support business planning and reporting. What You Will Need Required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management, bid management, contracts, or a related commercial function. Fully fluent Dutch language proficiency. Professional working proficiency in English.
Experience
managing end-to-end tender processes, including opportunity identification, qualification, submission, and evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
Experience
working within healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or a regulated industry.
Experience
coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organisation. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
