This Position reports to: Project Lead Engineer 工作职责: 1、负责工业电子类机器人系统集成的调试和技术管理工作； 2、安排和管理工业电子类机器人调试工程师的具体工作，审核配置和程序； 3、组织工业电子类机器人调试工程师团队系统集成的相关培训（含ABB机器人功能包及OSS培训），提升团队技术能力； 4、负责机器人程序的规范化工作和工作流程规范化工作，确保多现场的程序版本及关键参数保持一致； 5、负责带领团队完成客户现场的调试及验收; 6、协助部门经理完成其他相关工作； 岗位要求: 1、5年以上在汽车工业自动化生产线集成项目应用经验，具备丰富的机器人调试经验； 2熟悉国际和国内各大主机厂（如宝马、奔驰、奥迪等）的机器人标准（含功能包和程序）。 3、精通ABB工业机器人配置、在线/离线编程、机器人仿真（Robotstudio仿真和PDPS仿真），熟悉ABB工业机器人； 4、英语流利，能够作为工作语言进行技术交流和文档编写. 5、2年以上技术团队管理经验，良好的团队组织和沟通协调能力； 6、工作积极主动，踏实认真，能够承受工作压力， 适应出差和加班； 7、高度的责任心、自我管理能力、问题解决能力，愿意承担责任，良好的团队合作精神； 8、本科或以上学历，机电/电气自动化/控制类等相关专业。 We value people from different backgrounds.
