This opportunity allows individuals with industry expertise to share their knowledge, support workforce development, and make a meaningful impact in their communities through flexible training opportunities. Customized Training instructors may teach in one or more of the following subject areas: Business, IT, and Professional Skills – Provide practical training in leadership, communication, Microsoft applications, and essential workplace skills. Skilled Trades and Industry – Offer hands-on training and certification support for tradespeople advancing or updating their skills. Health and Human Services – Deliver essential training in classes such as CPR, phlebotomy, medication aide, and professional direct care to support healthcare workforce readiness. Position Information Customized Training Instructors are employed in a temporary, part-time capacity and are scheduled based on training needs, instructor availability, and program assignments. Courses are offered throughout the year and may vary in frequency and duration. This posting is intended to build a pool of qualified candidates for future instructional opportunities.
