Where You'll Make a Difference Prepare and post journal entries across assigned entities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). Prepare and review accruals and provisions, including expenses, incentives, and other relevant financial items. Reconcile balance sheet and profit and loss accounts, investigate variances, and drive resolution of issues. Perform financial reporting and analysis to support month-end close activities and business decision-making. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across the assigned scope. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and internal controls. Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and audit teams to support financial operations. Identify and drive process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and data quality. What Makes You the Right Fit Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and general accounting principles. Solid understanding of month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations. University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting capabilities. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills. High attention to detail with a strong control and compliance mindset. How Would You Stand Out?
Experience
working with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
