Training) [What you will be working on] Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Teach relevant subjects in Continuing
Education
Training (CET) programmes • Design and develop course materials for Continuing
Education
Training (CET) programmes in Business, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Digital Business, Artificial Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, or other related disciplines. • Deliver planned curriculum to adult learners on scheduled weekday evenings or on weekends and participate in assessment activities • Take up the role of Programme Coordinator for CET module when required [What we are looking for] • Relevant qualifications in Business, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Digital Business, Artificial Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, or other related disciplines. • At least five years of relevant industry experience in one or more business domains, such as marketing, digital transformation, human resources, finance, accounting, business operations, sustainability, entrepreneurship, or organisational development. • Training and Adult
Education
(TAE) Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) certifications such as Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), or Diploma in Adult and Continuing
Education
(DACE) will be advantageous. • Passion for adult learning and the ability to facilitate learning for working professionals from diverse backgrounds. • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners effectively and build strong working relationships with industry partners and stakeholders. • Sound planning, organisational and classroom facilitation skills, with a practical and learner-centric approach. • Proficient in the use of digital learning technologies, productivity tools and online collaboration platforms. • Prior experience in curriculum development, training delivery, coaching, mentoring, consultancy, or industry projects will be an added advantage. http://jobs.careers.gov.sg The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
