Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development. - Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis within complex software systems. - Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline application support processes. - Ability to work with monitoring and alerting systems to detect and resolve issues promptly. - Familiarity with software lifecycle management and deployment automation. - Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
