About the function Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships. It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love. About the role As a Supply Planning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory, service levels, and working capital across Diageo's supply network. This position is responsible for translating demand into executable supply and distribution plans, managing inventory policies, and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision making. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Co-packers, Global Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Commercial, Finance and Procurement to ensure an agile, resilient and efficient supply chain. Requirements
Planning (DRP) to ensure product availability across the distribution network. Manage inventory levels by balancing customer service, working capital, inventory health and supply resilience. Connect with Global Supply Planning teams, local manufacturing sites and co-packers to drive planning excellence and improve operational standards. Monitor production commitments, supply confirmations, transfer orders and shipment plan to ensure on-time product availability. Define, review and optimize inventory policies, planning parameters and replenishment strategies. Identify supply, inventory and service risks, leading mitigation plans to minimize business impact. Analyze planning performance indicators (OTIF, In Full, DOH, Forecast Accuracy, SLOBs, Total Inventory and Service Level) and lead improvement initiatives. Partner with Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Commercial, Procurement and Finance to ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment. Maintain planning master data and ensure the integrity of planning parameters within OMP and SAP. Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by providing inventory scenarios, risks, opportunities and recommendations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, digitalization, AI adoption and process simplification. Act as a trusted advisor and operational backup for the Supply Planning Coordinators, supporting decision making and business continuity.
Experience
and skills required
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or related fields. Preferred APICS Certification (CPIM or CSCP) or equivalent Supply Chain certification.
Experience
Relevant experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning or other Supply Chain functions. Proven experience managing complex planning scenarios in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage or Manufacturing environments.
Experience
working with global stakeholders and external manufacturing partners (co-packers) is highly desirable. Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements, automation initiatives and cross-functional projects. Languages Fluent English (written and spoken) – Mandatory. Portuguese (native or fluent). Spanish is a plus. Systems / Tools Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, VBA/Macros, automation and database manipulation) – Mandatory. SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) – Mandatory. OMP Planning Platform. SAP APO (desirable). Qlik Sense. Microsoft Power BI (desirable). AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or equivalent) applied to business productivity and planning processes. Work Model: Availability to work in a hybrid model, with three days per week in our office located in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, Brazil. Flexibility is key to our success.
