UR - Day (United States of America) Range: UR URG 105 H Compensation Range: $20.34 - $28.51 The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities

Supports the recruitment and hiring process of clinical providers within the University of Rochester Medical Faculty Group (URMFG). The Staff Administrative Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for both the candidates and the respective hiring departments. Ensures a smooth and positive experience throughout the hiring process beginning with the initial search and interviews to successful onboarding. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Monitors open vacancies in recruitment system for applicants, validates applications for candidate eligibility and tracks candidates. Generates reports on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline and status. Works with hiring departments to ensue procedures are followed correctly and timely to avoid delays. Communicates regularly with URMFG Senior Leadership to share updates, identify delays and suggest improvements. Participates in the hiring process and serves as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring departments. Works collaboratively with the hiring department designated contacts, UR Medicine’s Regional Provider Recruitment, Academic Affairs, Medical Staff Services, URMFG, Finance, University Legal and HR to initiate the onboarding of successful candidates. Obtains necessary resources are ready for newly hired providers and coordinates new hire orientation schedules. Tracks and monitors where applicable: offer letters, financial approvals, required recruitment forms, credentialing, visa’s, departmental procedures and training. Communicates with candidates and departments throughout the hiring process to answer general inquiries, provide updates, explain employment process, offer support and confirm completion. Follows up with newly hired providers and department designated contacts to ensure a smooth transition during the initial weeks of employment. Manages and maintains records of recruitment: calendars, interview schedules, meetings and candidate assessments. Prepares and distributes recruitment materials. Assists with organization of recruitment events and initiatives. Coordinates travel arrangements and accommodations for out-of-town candidates, including the processing of expense reports. Other administrative duties as assigned.
