Responsibilities
Lead content production and adaptation strategies across International markets to drive business impact. Build scalable production models that deliver high-quality, compliant omnichannel customer engagement content. Shape and optimize a data-driven content supply chain through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. Drive adoption of modular content frameworks, claims libraries, and reusable content strategies. Champion digital innovation and Artificial Intelligence-enabled solutions across content creation and deployment. Influence senior stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate execution across global and local teams. Develop high-performing teams and strengthen talent pipelines across geographies and disciplines. Act as a strategic bridge between markets and International marketing teams to enable execution excellence. Essential
Requirements
Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred. Significant experience in Marketing Content Management within the pharmaceutical industry. Significant multifunctional experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries. Significant experience across local market and above-country marketing and commercial functions. Demonstrated direct leadership experience, including leading large organizations and developing high-performing teams. Proven track record in strategic marketing, execution excellence, and large-scale business transformation. Deep understanding of content production, content supply chains, omnichannel engagement, content adaptation, and modular content strategies.
Experience
driving digital innovation, automation, and Artificial Intelligence-enabled capabilities within complex global matrix organizations. Desirable
Requirements
Large market commercial experience within a pharmaceutical multinational organization.
Experience
developing and implementing best-in-class processes and operating models at scale.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
