Education
and ensures high‑quality customer care across the region. The successful candidate will be directly involved in maximising the promotion of the Macmillan ELT list in the region. As an ELT Consultant, you will promote Macmillan’s ELT portfolio and provide high‑quality support to schools and teachers. This is primarily a field‑based role involving regular visits to educational institutions, delivering product presentations, supporting teachers with materials, and representing Macmillan at local events. You will manage your territory independently, build strong customer relationships, gather market insights, and contribute to promotional and marketing activities. Please note that this position is fully remote with extensive travel within the assigned territory in South-Western Czech Republic. Role
Responsibilities
To organize, carry out and report on an extensive programme of visits to all types of schools and distribution partners in the territory. To maintain contact with the existing clients to support them in post-sales period. To organize, attend and report on relevant exhibitions, seminars and conferences in the territory. To supply the relevant market feedback coming from the visits and contacts. To update the customer database regularly and accurately. To assist all the marketing and publishing projects as requested by the supervisor. To handle all queries and correspondence received from educational institutions and teachers in the territory. To assist in any other promotional work as required by the supervisors in the territory. Experience, Skills &
Qualifications
Essential Fluency in English (C1) and native Czech is a must. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Reliability in meeting deadlines and the ability to work independently. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (valid driving license required). Desirable University degree in Education, Languages, or a related field.
Experience
in English Language Teaching (ELT) or the publishing/education sector. Sales experience.
