This position reports to: Project Management Team Leader __ We are looking for a reliable and organized colleague to join our team on a part-time basis and help ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of the department. Your responsibilities Provide administrative support to the department. Manage and maintain attendance records. Prepare and review timesheets. Create and process purchase orders (e.g. office supplies and equipment). Work with internal systems and company documentation. Support colleagues with daily administrative tasks and help ensure the smooth operation of the department. Work model: On-site What we are looking for Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate or a university degree. Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good organizational skills. Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. A proactive, communicative approach and willingness to support colleagues. Fluent Czech (C1) and communicative English (B2). Why ABB?
