Medical Advisor in Specialty
Job description
Job Description: Your responsibilities: Responsible for related academic communication which includes establishing and keeping the faithful relation with opinion leaders, academic cooperation with outside experts in the specialty area, i.e., urology, uro-oncology, and gastroenterology, sharing and discussing new data with medical experts, medical expertise training for colleagues. Collaborate with marketing and promotion team closely to provide scientific support at strategy level as well as daily base level, via following activities: Key responsibilities: Collect and manage medical insight, keep deep insight of therapeutic area Work out annual medical strategy under supervisor of the line manager Supervises, develops and manages Phase IV studies and IIT and ensures that proposals are aligned with medical objectives within Ferring locally and globally. This includes the whole process according to SOP's. Ensures project needs are in line with commercial objectives. Catch up therapeutic areas most related medical insight To communicate with peers sufficiently concern the annual medical strategy plan, reconcile periodically Base on the medical strategy to work out action plan Implementation of annual action plan and make sure sufficient communication with stakeholder Lead medical knowledge management in the company, facilitate all level distillation of most scientific programs Make consistent effort to find the creative and innovative channel for various medical trainings To represent the company as scientific expert to do KOL engagement as well as connection with scientific organization and institute To cooperate with internal stakeholder to ensure medical compliance and assure all medical communication between company and GCP neutral, balance, without misleading, including promotion and non-promotion material review and approval. Experience
& Competences: Master degree or above major in medical science or clinical medicine. Ph.D. is preferred. Minimum

Minimum 2-3 years related pharmaceutical industry experience in one or more related therapeutic fields in medical affairs.
