Prepare and review scale-up protocols, technology transfer protocols, batch manufacturing records, batch packaging records, and bill of materials. Establish small-scale production processes, use scaled-down lab processes for troubleshooting and share knowledge through existing systems while following effective safety protocols. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience and handle a Project. Applicant should have knowledge on Microscopy, Chromatography, Spectroscopy Analysis. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Good Manufacturing Practices and Process Monitoring systems. Strong communication skills Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work with minimal direction Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry with Analytical background
