Demand Planning Executive

Job Description Location: Sofic Office, Thu Duc, HCMC Key
Responsibilities
Receive and confirm bookings from suppliers. Send cargo stuffing plan to client. Arrange bookings with nominated carriers upon receipt of approval from client. Follow up/ensure data team’s systems update meet customer’s requirements/related KPIs Keep client informed of changes which may affect the agreed cargo planning. Ensure all applicable freight and charges are collected from relevant parties (suppliers / Accounts, etc) Ensure vendor management within the area is carried out and properly followed-up. Contact with warehouse section, carriers, trucking coordinator, etc. to ensure smooth handling of the accounts. Prepare operational reports assigned by CS Manager/Senior executives Update and adhere all new procedures instructed by client of the assigned accounts. Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management. Requirements
Good communication skills (fluent in English, speaking and writing) Result-oriented with initiative and strong drive. Good time management. Be able to work independently and willing to co-ordinate with other team colleagues. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience
in trucking would be an advantage Learning Description Overall process understanding (SCM and WND operations) Data work process and co-ordination On line training courses (systems, reporting tool, ...)
