Key Responsibilities: Implementar en su población asignada los atributos ExO definidos por la Gerencia de G&C, promoviendo prácticas de autonomía, agilidad, toma de decisiones basada en datos (dashboards), uso de herramientas digitales, experimentación rápida y aprendizaje continuo, asegurando que los equipos adopten comportamientos y procesos acordes al modelo de Organización Exponencia Ejecutar la estrategia de talento para incorporación y desvinculación, asegurando procesos ágiles y conformes a estándares, optimizando la fuerza laboral y fortaleciendo el aprendizaje y la retención para impulsar el desempeño organizacional. Gestionar las acciones vinculadas a Desarrollo Organizacional y Cambio Organizacional dentro de su población asignada, a fin de desarrollar procesos que promuevan la excelencia operacional Asegurar y asesor la administración de Relaciones con Empleados que garanticen el cumplimiento de la normativa legal del país, políticas internas y otras que apliquen, a fin de generar el control adecuado y tener los procesos correctos para el manejo de relaciones con empleados.
