Lead BP&A Analyst

Position Summary Senior analytical partner supporting LATAM leadership through financial planning, forecasting, business intelligence, profitability analysis, and decision support. Responsibilities
Lead forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and financial modeling for EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and operating expenses. Analyze financial and operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations. Perform profitability, cost allocation, and cost-benefit analyses across countries, terminals, channels, products, and customers. Serve as the LATAM Power BI subject matter expert; develop dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting solutions. Prepare executive presentations and business reviews with clear financial storytelling and actionable insights. Partner with business functions to support pricing, margin improvement, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions. Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and finance transformation initiatives. Provide mentorship, project leadership, onboarding support, and backup coverage for the BP&A Manager. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field Fluency (speaking and writing) in both Spanish and English Six (6) years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field Three (3) years of experience in oil & gas industries (desirable) Skills: Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis experience.
Experience
building Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills. Strong storytelling, communication, and trust-building skills with executive audiences. Demonstrated business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Continuous improvement mindset with experience leading cross-functional projects. Commitment to ongoing learning and development; experience coaching or mentoring analysts.
