Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Manager - Soft Services to support the efficient delivery of workplace and facility management services across a corporate environment. The role is responsible for overseeing soft services operations, including housekeeping, security, landscaping, waste management, reception, catering, and employee support services. Working closely with internal stakeholders and vendor partners, the incumbent will help ensure a safe, clean, and engaging workplace experience while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
Vendor & Service Partner Management Monitor and manage the performance of service providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contractual commitments. Conduct regular vendor reviews and drive corrective actions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Facility Operations & Quality Assurance Perform routine site inspections, audits, and workplace walkthroughs to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility presentation. Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance workplace experience. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure soft services operations comply with applicable health, safety, environmental, and organizational policies. Support risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective action plans, and compliance reporting. Workplace Services Coordination Assist in managing reception services, cafeteria operations, mailroom activities, meeting room support, event coordination, and other employee-facing services. Ensure seamless delivery of day-to-day workplace operations with minimal disruption to business activities. Employee & Stakeholder Support Serve as a point of contact for workplace-related requests, inquiries, and escalations. Address employee concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Budgeting & Administration Support budget tracking, invoice verification, purchase requests, and inventory management for soft services operations. Maintain operational records and prepare periodic reports on service performance, compliance, and workplace metrics. Team Supervision Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to onsite support staff and vendor personnel. Promote a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
Experience
4+ years of experience in Facility Management, Workplace Services, Hospitality Operations, Corporate Real Estate, or Soft Services Management.
Experience
managing third-party service providers and workplace service operations within corporate or IT/ITES environments is preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience
using CAFM systems, Workday, ServiceNow, helpdesk platforms, or other facility management tools is desirable. Key Competencies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong organizational, reporting, and vendor management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications in Facility Management, Workplace Management, Health & Safety, or Hospitality Management are an added advantage.
Experience
supporting large corporate campuses, IT/ITES organizations, or multinational workplace environments is highly preferred. Location: On-site –Hyderabad, TS
