YOUR MISSION Position Summary: We are looking for a passionate & smart individual to join demand generation team at PUMA. This role will be responsible for managing relationship with internal/external stakeholders, performance marketing, brand visibility on key E-Commerce platforms. Reports to: Senior Manager Performance Marketing Key Objectives: Own and optimize an annual performance marketing budget of ~₹20–30 Cr. Drive revenue growth while delivering ROAS and profitability targets. Plan, execute and optimize high-impact paid marketing campaigns. Analyze performance data to identify insights and growth opportunities. Collaborate with Business, Brand, Merchandising and Analytics teams. Drive continuous experimentation to improve marketing efficiency. Experience
3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing
Experience
managing paid media campaigns with accountability for business outcomes.
Experience
in e-commerce or consumer-facing businesses is preferred Core Skills Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to solve business problems using data. Commercial Acumen: Understanding of commercial metrics and experience managing marketing investments to drive business outcomes. Ownership & Execution: Advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
