Coach and develop team members; lead knowledge enhancement initiatives Contribute to continuous improvement and client/organizational initiatives Required Skills Advanced hands-on expertise in: SQL and SAS programming (or JCL / DB2) Advanced debugging of programming, system, and batch defects Batch system configuration and analysis Strong knowledge of: DB2 relational databases and data models Data flows, data processing, and common data stores Advanced SAS functions and utilities JCL / Mainframe concepts Ability to translate client requirements and legislation into system specifications in collaboration with TBA teams Proficient knowledge in at least one domain solution (Health / Retirement preferred) Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills Role Description The Lead Analyst Programmer is responsible for leading the programming and testing of batch systems to meet client requirements and provide technology support.
