Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve Sales business processes within Salesforce.com. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions. Manage and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. Drive user adoption, system governance, and overall Salesforce org health. Lead testing, deployment, and communication of new Salesforce functionalities and process changes. Support digital transformation initiatives, including Agentforce capabilities, automation, and system integrations. Ensure alignment between business objectives, global best practices, compliance requirements, and technology solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Sales Operations. Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and CRM business processes.
Experience
gathering business requirements and translating them into solution designs. Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience
supporting system enhancements, testing, releases, and change management activities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
