Job Summary

Where You'll Make a Difference Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to support accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, amortizations, and reclassifications. Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner. Analyze Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet fluctuations, providing meaningful insights and identifying potential risks. Monitor and clear suspense accounts, Goods Received/Invoice Received (GRIR) accounts, and intercompany transactions. Support fixed asset, lease, and inventory accounting activities in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Collaborate with Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations. Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Drive continuous improvement by supporting standardization, automation, process documentation, and transition projects. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a Shared Services environment. Solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting processes.

Experience

working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced setting. Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. How Would You Stand Out?

Experience

working in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) organization. Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), or local GAAP requirements.

Experience

with BlackLine or similar reconciliation and automation tools, and/or progress toward a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA. Why Choose Us?
