Job Overview As a Medior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support the transformation of our industry-standard order, delivery, and assurance management systems. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Management, Business Systems, and Operations teams to build and enhance AT&T’s software platforms, working on new features, improvements, and defect resolution throughout the development lifecycle. You will contribute to the design and implementation of robust, scalable systems, participate in technical discussions, and support continuous improvement in a collaborative, agile environment. Core

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications with proficiency in Python (FastAPI). Deliver technical solutions across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Apply best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and DevOps. Make effective use of AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and RAGs) and stay up to date with new technologies. Implement data persistence using SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake). Use modern testing practices, with an emphasis on unit and integration testing, code review, static analysis (Lint, Prettier, Veracode, SonarQube), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Terraform). Develop and maintain APIs (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger). Contribute to cloud-native development with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes. Education

Bachelor level degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field of study. Compensation: Salary range for Czech Republic is between 94 000CZK - 141 000 CZK gross per month. The individual starting salary within this range will depend on relevant factors such as the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, and education or training.
