Experience

• 7+ years in AI, automation or digital transformation • Banking, shared services or BPO experience preferred • Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering and AI governance •

Experience

with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem • Strong stakeholder and people leadership skills What You Will Do • Define and execute AI and GenAI roadmap • Lead end-to-end AI delivery • Oversee use case prioritization • Drive AI governance and compliance • Measure benefits realization • Lead AI adoption and training programs
