The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced IT Area Lead to lead our Global Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention (GFC&FP) technology capability. Influence Across the Organization Engage with senior leaders and key stakeholders globally. Drive workforce planning, budgeting, vendor management, and strategic initiatives. Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement efforts. What You'll Bring 10+ years of IT experience with a strong engineering background. Proven experience leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams. Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leaders. Experience with modern architectures, technology delivery, security governance, and risk management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
