This role oversees the regional end to end Go-To-Market (GTM) process, collaborating with the global GTM team from initial planning to market exit, aligning market nuances into global objectives and synchronizing execution across functions. Key responsibilities include coordinating key regional GTM milestones, driving alignment between regional teams, and driving consistency in brand representation in markets that meet global objectives. What you will do: Preparation for seasonal execution – Work with global GTM team and product creation team to ensure regional milestones are aligned with objectives. End to end process execution – Align regional strategies with global objectives and partner with global GTM team to layer regional perspectives (incl. local market demands and consumer insights) into global GTM process. Coordinate SMS for regions. Act as primary point of contact for regional GTM updates, inquiries, and feedback. Ongoing process optimization – Partner with global team to evaluate regional GTM performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure regional collaboration and feedback into global process at correct touchpoints. Align regional strategies with Global GTM and Product teams to ensure global objectives and timelines are synced. Partner with marketing teams to develop region-specific campaigns that align with GTM initiatives Assess success measurements like: timeliness of product launches, adherence to timelines/milestones, reduction in overdevelopment ratios and performance targets in sales, market share, productivity, etc. What do you need to succeed? Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your professional achievements and your 3+ years of managing regional end-to-end GTM processes; coordinating with wholesale partners, retail teams, and marketing to drive product campaigns as well as competitive positioning. The foundational skills you will need in this position are: 3-5 years managing GTM processes, focusing on balancing global objectives with regional execution Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising to deliver consumer-relevant campaigns Ability to manage cross-regional milestones and on-time delivery Now WE have a question for YOU. Hiring Range: $112,000.00 USD - $140,000.00 USD annually Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
