Ensuring that guests staying in suites or premium rooms have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Essential
Duties
and
Responsibilities
Pre-event suite set-up includes chafing dishes, plates and silverware, televisions, lighting, and overall ambiance in the suite. Verify and set-up all pre-game/event orders. Identify suite host and properly introduce yourself. Take and place game day food and beverage orders. Set-up and check on game day food and beverage orders and serve guests until the end of the event. Replenish food, beverages, condiments, and utensils as needed. Maintain standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event. Obtain signatures from the host on charges in a timely manner. Clear all items from the suite and clean all surfaces and chafing dishes in suite. Reset suite for next function, complete closing functions and check out with supervisor or manager. Working hours vary by show to include days, nights, weekdays, and weekends May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year experience in foodservice position required. Must possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License and certificate of completion of Indiana Excise training courses Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent guest service skills: ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards. Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training. Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with staff and to prepare event plans. Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan. Highly motivated, ability to take initiative, effectively work with others and work in a fast-paced environment.
