Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist for our Manufacturing site in Strzelin. The Senior CI Specialist will support and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations department, reporting to the CI Manager. The role focuses on improving key business processes using Lean methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching, and driving measurable operational and financial results. Responsibilities
Lead process improvement projects focused on manufacturing processes and material flow optimization using Lean methodologies. Facilitate problem-solving activities and support implementation of effective solutions. Improve material and information flow across operations by eliminating waste, reducing lead times, and supporting inventory optimization. Drive process standardization and simplification to enhance operational performance. Develop business cases and track project results. Train and coach employees to spread CI culture and support CI certification. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to support CI objectives and sustain improvements.

Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, Mathematics, or a related field or business experience. 6+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, material flow optimization, or process improvement, including project leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge and practical application of core Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Flow, Making Material Flow, Managing for Daily Improvement, Standard Work, Problem Solving, etc.) in manufacturing. Proven ability to lead Kaizen events independently with impact on business result, inventory optimization. Minimum 1 year of experience in digital transformation initiatives with demonstrated results. Skilled in delivery training and coaching others. Proactive attitude toward the adoption and use of AI-based tools. Fluent in both Polish and English. Superior oral & written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside of the company; Green Belt certification is a plus.
