Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid)

Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support the reliability, availability, and performance of our fintech platform. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role focused on execution and ownership. You will work closely with other senior engineers and an SRE SME, contributing directly to automation, infrastructure, and production stability. The ideal candidate is technically strong both in SRE principles and DevOps practices, comfortable owning systems end‑to‑end, and experienced in operating high‑availability, transaction‑heavy environments.
Responsibilities
Hands‑On Reliability Engineering Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure Write and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines Perform day‑to‑day production troubleshooting and performance tuning Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability Participate fully in on‑call rotations and production support Operational Ownership and Incident Response Own assigned services, tools, or reliability initiatives Respond to production incidents using documented procedures Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and post‑incident actions Implement fixes and improvements to prevent recurrence Support reliability metrics such as SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs Collaboration and Continuous Improvement Work closely with fellow SREs, developers, and security teams Execute work aligned to operational priorities and technical debt reduction Continuously improve tooling, documentation, and operational processes Adopt and apply platform standards and best practices Your Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering Strong hands‑on experience with: AWS cloud platforms Terraform or similar IaC tools CI/CD tools Docker and Kubernetes Monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, ELK, Splunk) Python or Bash scripting Solid SQL skills and workload analysis experience Kafka experience (AWS MSK or Confluent)
Experience
supporting production systems and participating in on‑call Understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security Nice‑to‑Have
Experience
