As the Marketing Director South Cone, you will be responsible for defining and driving the long-term Nutritional strategy across markets, ensuring sustainable growth and competitiveness. You will represent cluster needs and ensure alignment between regional strategies and local market realities. The role contributes strategic input into the development of regional campaigns, ensuring they address key business opportunities within the Cluster. Is accountable for leading the innovation agenda for the portfolio, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, and supporting the development of the pipeline in alignment with long-term category objectives. Additionally, this role defines and leads the Cluster learning agenda, identifying research needs and generating insights to inform strategic decisions. The role is primarily strategic in nature and does not have responsibility for local execution or direct ownership of resources. What You’ll Do Category Strategy & Long-Term Planning: Define and drive the long-term strategy for the Nutritional portfolio across the Cluster, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and market opportunities. Provide yearly guidance to the countries to build local brand plans. Regional Interface & Alignment: Act as the main liaison with the LATAM regional team, ensuring cluster perspectives are incorporated into regional plans and initiatives. Provide structured input into regional campaign development, ensuring relevance and applicability for Cluster markets. Innovation & Pipeline Development: Lead the innovation agenda for the category, identifying opportunities and supporting prioritization and go-to-market strategy definition. Support the execution of pipeline launches, leveraging cluster strategies when available. Ensure full coordination with Regional, and cross-functional teams (NPI, Supply, Demand, Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Trade) to guarantee readiness, alignment, and flawless readiness. Learning Agenda & Insights Generation: Define the Cluster research agenda, identifying key knowledge gaps and ensuring insights generation to support decision-making. Guarantee proper feedback from each country to guarantee having a proper and clear understanding of Consumer & HCP journey for the category brands in charge. Performance Monitoring (Strategic Level): Track category performance trends and translate learnings into strategic recommendations. Define and track KPIs (at Cluster level) to assess category and launches performance. Follow-Up of Marketing Plans: Lead the tracking at Cluster level of implementation of local marketing plans for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with both consumer and HCP strategies to achieve financial (Net Sales, Division Margin) and competitive objectives (Market Share, Market Growth).

Qualifications

Education/

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred. Minimum of 10–15 years of experience (preferred) in marketing, category management, or strategic roles in FMCG, OTC, or nutrition categories

Experience

in portfolio strategy, innovation, and cross-market or regional roles is strongly preferred. Languages: Fluency in English is required. Spanish is a strong plus.
