The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the smooth running of accounts and campaigns in the group, whilst managing and coaching the junior direct reports Job Description: 媒體策略規劃： 根據行銷目標與預算，制定全年度及專案性的媒體企劃，涵蓋數位媒體（SEM, Social, Display, Programmatic, KOL/Influencer）與線下媒體。 媒體組合與預算管理： 規劃媒體投資配置，即時監控廣告成效（KPIs/ROAS），並根據數據動態調整預算，確保廣告資源效益最大化。 廣告數據分析與優化： 定期產出媒體績效報告，透過 GA4、各平台後台及數據看板（Dashboard）深入分析數據，產出洞察報告並提出具體的優化建議。 供應商與代理商管理： 協調與廣告平台合作夥伴，確保執行品質、排期準確度與廣告素材的有效上刊。 市場趨勢洞察： 持續關注媒體市場趨勢、競爭對手動態及新興數位廣告科技（AdTech），將創新思維導入行銷計畫。 跨部門協作： 與創意設計、產品行銷及業務團隊緊密配合，確保廣告素材與媒體通路的一致性，以利達成整合行銷傳播（IMC）效果。 團隊領導（視組織需求）： 指導與培育初階企劃人員，提升團隊整體媒體操作與策略分析能力。 Location: Taipei - No. 77, Songgao Rd., Xinyi Dist.
