Facility: Dayton Children's - Main Campus Department: Neurology Schedule: Full time Hours: 36 Job Details: Under general supervision of the Neurologists and Senior Technologist provides electroneurodiagnostic testing (EEG, AEEG, EMU, and EVP) performing tests for patients of various age ranges. Tests are performed in the lab or at the patient's bedside and at various off-sites which could include a non DCH facility. Interacts with other techs to ensure teamwork and provide support to other department personnel to maintain consistent and quality testing/customer service. This position may require working days, nights and/or weekends and holidays as needed. Required Qualifications GED or High School diploma Must be Board Eligible but does not need to have: REEGT Certification Radiological Electroencephalography Technologist - ABRET or other National registry Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or certificate in neurodiagnostic technology (CAAHEP-accredited program preferred) CLTM certification preferred, but not required. 3+ years pediatric experience Department Specific Job Details: Shift: 6:30AM - 4:00PM, four 9-hour shifts, rotating weekend days.
