About the Role As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance across Essity’s LATAM product portfolio. Working in a newly established regional set-up, you will help build, align, and implement regulatory processes while supporting product registrations, launches, and portfolio maintenance across multiple markets. This role partners closely with regional and global stakeholders, including Marketing, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Innovation, to ensure that regulatory requirements are met while enabling business continuity and growth. With exposure to diverse regulatory frameworks and authorities across LATAM, you will contribute to both operational excellence and strategic regulatory initiatives. What You Will Do Regulatory Compliance Management: Ensure products comply with applicable local regulations across LATAM markets. Product Registrations: Manage registrations, notifications, renewals, and post-approval changes for the regional product portfolio. Regulatory Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and follow up on technical and regulatory dossiers. Authority Interaction: Coordinate and respond to inquiries from health authorities and regulatory agencies. Claims & Labeling Review: Review advertising materials, claims, and labeling to ensure regulatory compliance. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional and global teams to align regulatory standards and practices. Regulatory Monitoring: Track regulatory changes in LATAM and communicate potential impacts to the business. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field. 2–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably with multi-country LATAM exposure. Solid knowledge of LATAM regulatory frameworks and authorities such as COFEPRIS, ANVISA, INVIMA, ANMAT, ISP, or similar. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work autonomously in multicultural environments. Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is preferred.
