Criação e gestão de Strategic Sourcing, liderança em negociações/Bids, prospecção de mercado, visitas a fornecedores e feiras do setor. Liderança em projetos de inovação, produtividade, redução de custos e homologação de novos parceiros, em sinergia com Desenvolvimento de Embalagens, Projetos e Qualidade. Construção e revisão do budget da categoria alinhado aos índices de mercado. Suporte às áreas clientes para excelência no serviço e acompanhamento de processos nos sistemas SAP e Ariba. Quais os requisitos: Autonomia para gerenciar processos, organizar o próprio tempo e liderar a estratégia da categoria. Experiência com a carteira de plásticos (Diferencial). Forte atuação conjunta com o time de planejamento e alta exposição interna/externa, lidando com múltiplas demandas simultâneas. Domínio das ferramentas SAP e Coupa.
