Education
Must be registered in California with the BBS (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) or the Board of Psychology (Psy.D / Ph.D). A master’s degree or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from an accredited institution is required. Two (2) years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
Experience
Four (4) years of direct service experience working with individuals with mental illness (experience with adult populations preferred). Two (2) years of experience supervising direct care staff (experience in a healthcare setting preferred).
Requirements
A valid California Driver’s License and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria is preferred. How you will make a difference: The Clinical Supervisor has primary responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical program, including the supervision, training, and development of staff. The position ensures compliance with program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; provides ongoing staff education; fosters collaboration with county agencies and community partners; and coordinates resources to support continuity of care and successful client outcomes. Division/Program Overview: Population Served: Serving adults, ages 18-59 Facility & Setting: 24/7 inpatient voluntary program, 16-bed facility Clinical Services: Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation services Length of Stay: 30 day stay Skills & Services: Pre-vocational or vocational counseling and medication evaluation and support services Role specific
