Job Details: Job Description: Note: This role requires regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities. Provides ownership and support to ensure Intel complies with all local and regional environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations and to all Intel EHS standards. Provides support for the safety and wellbeing of all workers including delivery and management of all safety programs, EHS incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action plans, submittal of environmental permitting, licenses, certifications, and external reports, environmental risk assessments, and safety hazard assessments. Coordinates the monitoring of workplace environments and is responsible for the recognition, evaluation, and control of those environmental factors or stresses arising in or from the workplace that may cause sickness, impaired health, or injury among the employees and/or citizens of the community. Manages and eradicates EHS operational risks and hazards and conducts audits to identify risks, ascertain ways to mitigate them, and establish their environmental impacts using both observations and tests. Ensures compliance with safety procedures and protocols and stays up to date with any changes in the regulations and industry practices with respect to EHS. Investigates accidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the future and drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings. Maintains records of employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants as required. Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and educates employees on how to prevent health problems and other hazards using safety training programs. Key

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Occupational Safety and Health Management Personnel, executing all duties as required by local regulations. • Manage fire safety programs, evacuation drills, and regulatory reporting as the Fire Protection Personnel. • Lead EHS compliance efforts across Intel standards and local laws (OSH, fire protection, environmental regulations), ensuring timely updates and stakeholder alignment. • Manage EHS aspects of new construction and project transitions, including hazard assessments and contractor safety. • Oversee critical safety programs: hazardous energy control, electrical safety, confined space, fall protection, radiation safety, PPE, and more. • Deliver impactful EHS training. • Maintain comprehensive EHS documentation and prepare for internal and external audits. • Conduct gap analyses, track compliance metrics, and submit regulatory reports. • Investigate incidents thoroughly and implement preventive measures. • Champion EHS culture through promotional activities and awareness campaigns. • Implement and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards in alignment with local requirements. • Collaborate with EHS peers across the region to share best practices and support cross-site initiatives. • Engage with stakeholders to embed Intel's EHS standards into daily operations.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Fire Protection, or related field. • Certification to serve as in Taiwan. • Fire protection management expertise and certification ( 防火管理人 ) and Occupational Safety and Health Management Personnel( 職業安全衛生管理員 ) are required. • Proven experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation. • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal). • More than 5 years of relevant experience in industries such as IT, semiconductors, or construction. • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

in project planning and EHS program implementation. • Ability to build strategic relationships with senior leadership. • Familiarity with EHS business systems and compliance frameworks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
