Job description
Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst – Executive Fleet (4497) Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our Executive Fleet team in San Antonio, TX. In this position, you will gather, analyze and interpret data to meet the needs and requirements of the Executive Fleet program, be responsible for building and combining data sources to produce data extracts in support of analytics research. Additionally, you will add data-driven value to processes by gathering, analyzing, and translating metrics into actionable insights in executive-level presentations. Your ability to develop effective, lasting, and collaborative relationships with peers, managers, and leadership across many levels and functions will be essential to thrive in this role. Position
Responsibilities
Build and combine data sources to produce data extracts in support of analytics research Add data-driven value to processes by gathering, analyzing, and translating metrics into actionable insights in executive-level presentations Maintain and improve process efficiency using process methods, tools, process standards and guidelines, metric consultation, and data analysis. Provide solutions and recommendations by interpreting, analyzing, and integrating applicable internal data, external data, and building metrics for reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including staffing, strategic sourcing, and leadership, to support data-driven decision-making processes Develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, managers, and leadership across various levels and functions Provide feedback on assessment results and identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk Coordinate workforce approvals, deviations, or changes Communicate potential staffing issues that could impact the business and/or skill teams across the site. Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience): 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel applications using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets 10+ years of experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to take appropriate actions based on findings 10+ years of experience working with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams 10+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment 10+ years of experience using strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
(Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience designing/building visualizations within Tableau 5+ years of experience interfacing and collaborating with senior and executive leadership
Experience
with Boeing Enterprise Reporting Tool (BERT), Cognos and Adaptive Planning
Experience
implementing strategies and plans under general direction
Experience
with Staffing program oversight & metrics reporting for sourcing talent and pipeline development
Experience
in developing and implementing process improvements
Experience
