Work Flexibility: Hybrid This role is responsible for strengthening sales force effectiveness across Latin America through structured training programs and field coaching. The position operates regionally, partnering with sales, medical education, and human resources teams to align development initiatives with commercial priorities. It combines training delivery, strategy design, and performance tracking to support consistent capability building across franchises. What you will do Design and deliver regional sales training programs (including classroom, field coaching, and e-learning) aligned with commercial strategies. Execute structured sales methodology training programs and measure adoption through defined performance indicators (e.g., training completion rates, sales competency assessments). Conduct field coaching sessions with sales representatives and managers, documenting skill progression and providing structured feedback reports. Partner with sales leadership to identify capability gaps and translate them into targeted development plans and training modules. Analyze training outcomes, track participant performance, and maintain accurate training records and competency assessments. Manage the regional education budget, ensuring alignment with approved plans and cost controls. Develop standardized tools (facilitator guides, templates, and learning materials) to ensure consistent delivery across franchises. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to share best practices and align training strategies across markets. What you will need Required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business, economics, or a related field.
Experience
in sales roles.
Experience
delivering sales training programs or structured field coaching.
Experience
in the healthcare industry. Professional working proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
in the medical devices or capital medical equipment sectors.
Experience
using learning management systems (LMS) or digital training platforms. Exposure to artificial intelligence–enabled learning tools or digital training solutions. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
