When & where: Location: Tarrrytown, NY Work model/flexibility: Onsite Discover your role: Maintain and manipulate suspension cells Operate AKTA systems for small-scale purification using liquid chromatography-based techniques (e.g., affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion) Develop high-throughput protein purification and conjugation workflows Characterize purified proteins using methods such as SDS-PAGE, SE-UPLC, and CE Manage and organize data and workflows with strong attention to detail Troubleshoot logistical and technical hurdles as they arise Work independently and show initiative to continually improve protocols and processes Thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment This role requires: BS/MS in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related field Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability Preferred: experience with aseptic technique in mammalian cell culture, chromatography, running an AKTA Pure/Avant, and SDS-PAGE/CE Does this sound like you?
