As the Regional Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to drive sales growth and expand business opportunities. The focus will be on building and supporting strategic initiatives that generate sustainable, profitable growth while ensuring full alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and long-term business objectives. What You'll Do You will develop sales strategies and deliver sales units and financial to the company, improve sales forecast accuracy, deliver cost saving, increase customer satisfaction You will provide clear analysis of customers & markets and to develop strategies and actions plan to grow and deliver targets You will develop and grow sub-retailer networks to improve weighted distribution of the Goodyear products. In addition, to establish new Aligned Distributors to deliver the right market shares of Goodyear You will work closely with the Channel Manager to ensure delivery of customer management and sales activities You will monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the channel in his/her territory and ensure delivery of sales and financial targets You will manage credit management to align with cash flow targets You will execute sales plan and strategies to build and develop strong partnership with aligned distributors You will lead the team to deliver and execute joint business plan including sell-out plan to ensure long-term partnership and success of Goodyear Autocare & Multi-brand stores You will work closely with team members, to develop strong team with successors, and to deliver key account planning and team KPIs You will enhance team skills including product knowledge and deliver client product training What We're Looking For You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields You have 5 to 7 years of sales lead required with experience on team management You have direct experience in implementing and developing “Aligned Distributor” program in Thailand What Will Set You Apart You demonstrate strong record of sales achievement and closing complex deals You have strong Leadership and excellent analytical and communication skills You have proven ability to influence and coach the team at least 3-5 years You have excellent English with strong computer skills (MS-Office applications) You possess business acumen, market development, and financial management skills.
