[What the role is] Estate Executive (Maintenance Management Section), HMG [What you will be working on] Assist in management of term contracts for maintenance and improvement works. Administer contract, e.g. issue instructions for works, impose administrative penalties, etc. Monitor and audits on works done and verify relevant documentations. Liaise with vendors and their workers on contractual matters. Compose regular reports on audits and reconciliation for accounts and payments for works done.
