This role is part of Alcon's Quality Assurance function, responsible to provide technical support for laboratory equipment/ system/methods which including qualification, troubleshooting and improvement activities. Job responsibilities: • Provide qualification and troubleshooting support for equipment/ systems/methods • Remediate gaps and drive improvement for laboratory equipment/ systems/methods • Support LIMS masterdata update and improvement projects (site & global) • Support periodic review activities for equipment/system/methods as necessary • Deliver Administrator responsibilities for laboratory equipment/ systems/ methods • Deliver projects and assigned tasks timely • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lab results into the manufacturing process and drive innovation through scientific principles and ensure adherence to GxP regulations by maintaining accurate and complete documentation. • Adherence to Alcon Values & Behaviors, observe and ensure full compliance to Alcon Code of Business Conducts. • Ensure that processes are conducted in full compliance with the GxP and the Alcon Quality • Ensure full compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards Minimum requirement: - Education: Degree holder in Science or related fields - minimum 1 year working experience in testing laboratory, preferable in GxP regulated environment with equipment and method qualification experience - Skills: Knowledge and skills in handling laboratory equipment/systems especially those with computerized systems. Good project management skills.
