Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) de Manutenção de Utilidades com forte expertise em Elétrica e Automação para garantir a alta performance, disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos nossos sistemas críticos (HVAC, caldeiras, compressores, ETE, etc.). Esse profissional será uma referência técnica e comportamental, atuando como ponte entre as áreas e garantindo o cumprimento rigoroso das normas de segurança. - Executar manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas emergenciais nas disciplinas de mecânica, elétrica, eletrônica e HVAC em áreas classificadas e não-classificadas. - Atuar diretamente no escopo de automação e elétrica, sendo referência técnica nesses temas para a equipe. - Garantir a operação eficiente de utilidades críticas: compressores, caldeiras, estação de tratamento de efluentes (ETE), sistemas de vapor, água potável e transferência de matérias-primas. - Apoiar a implementação e manutenção dos programas de melhoria contínua (TPM e 5S). - Elaborar, propor e executar projetos de melhorias nos equipamentos de Utilidades. - Acompanhar e fiscalizar serviços de terceiros dentro da planta. - Ser o elo de comunicação e colaboração com a área de Produção e demais interfaces, garantindo excelente navegabilidade entre os times. - Multiplicar conhecimento técnico para a equipe e garantir o cumprimento rigoroso das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e políticas de Segurança do Trabalho e Saúde Ocupacional. What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Formação Técnica Completa em Mecatrônica, Eletromecânica, Eletrotécnica ou Manutenção Industrial. Sólida experiência em manutenção de utilidades e forte domínio na área de elétrica/eletrônica/automação. Vivência com metodologia TPM e controle de indicadores de manutenção. Experiência com o sistema SAP (módulo PM) e conhecimento básico de ferramentas de workplace/escritório. NR-10 Ativa (Segurança em Instalações e Serviços em Eletricidade). Perfil com alta autonomia, proatividade para abraçar novos desafios, excelente comunicação e foco em trabalho em equipe. Diferenciais Experiência prévia nos segmentos Cosmético, Farmacêutico ou Químico (conhecimento das dinâmicas de utilidades dessas indústrias). Certificações nas normas NR-33 (Espaço Confinado) e NR-35 (Trabalho em Altura). #LI-JA1 What will you find here?
