Minimum
Qualifications
Associates degree with 5 years experience leading production operations Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross functional team environment Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization Strong interpersonal skills Self-directed and task-oriented Willing to work overtime as required
Experience
with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
4 year Degree in related field 5+ years Supervisory experience with proven upward growth 10+ years of work experience in a high speed, Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment Familiarity with electronics and electronic components 6-Sigma certification Familiarity with SAP and L2L
Duties
