Duties

Responsibilities
Assist with tracking inbound air freight shipments and monitoring shipment milestones. Support the review and verification of shipment documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. Help update transportation management systems (TMS) with shipment status information and required milestones. Assist in preparing arrival notices and operational reports. Support the team in monitoring shipment exceptions and escalating issues as needed. Help maintain accurate shipment records and electronic files. Assist with data entry and reporting activities related to import gateway operations. Support communication with internal departments regarding shipment status and documentation requirements. Participate in process improvement initiatives and department projects. Learn and apply company procedures, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
