Responsibilities
Ensure all lab equipment is functional, including computers, printers, and other devices. Monitor and restock supplies such as paper, toner, and other materials as needed. Assist lab users with technical issues or general inquiries. Communicate equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or other concerns to the Associate Director of Administration at Lang and IT support. Complete tasks independently, ensuring the lab is well-maintained and operational at all times.
Qualifications
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong communication skills to relay issues and requests to management and IT support. Basic understanding of technical equipment and willingness to learn troubleshooting processes. Punctual and reliable, with a proactive approach to resolving issues in the lab.
