Job Summary
The Services Renewal Specialist develops and executes strategic and tactical sales plans to exceed services financial targets for Thailand. This includes partner performance management and direct sales of: Warranty Conversions, Contract Renewals, Win Back programs Corporate Contracts and Billable Conversions. Your role: Drive Services Channel Partner performance management by setting annual targets, ensuring the underpinning of the targets and the partners enablement. Support Service Account Managers to drive contract penetration multi-modality as a bundle into multi-modality renewals. Penetrate large direct customers with creative value propositions. Drive SFDC funnel accuracy and ensure forecast accuracy. Demonstrate solution-selling skills and manage internal relationships with the sales and customer delivery organizations to meet renewal and retention objectives. Improve and automate sales process to increase win rate and on-time renewal. Prepare specific campaigns and marketing events in collaboration with multi-modality managers. Collaborate with other departments across the company to ensure customer satisfaction. Demonstrate solution-selling skills and manage internal relationships with the sales and customer delivery organizations. Responsible for delivering top line performance of modality services in Thailand and in line with bottom line expectations. You're the right fit if: Minimum solid 6-8 years of experience with strong commercial experience, funnel management and solutions/service selling. Preferably previous experience in Services.
Experience
in driving sales process improvement, sales digitization to improve sales productivity.
Experience
in direct sales is a must and as in Indirect sales is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills/team up with internal stakeholders. Problem Solving. Creative. Clinical and need to like to be working with CRM and driving improvement in the way we work with CRM.
