Responsibilities
Work may include providing professional, technical, and analytical support for facilities, space, and campus planning initiatives; evaluating space utilization, facility needs, operational trends, and planning data; and developing practical, cost-effective recommendations for renovations, capital projects, infrastructure improvements, and campus development. Planners may collaborate with project teams and campus stakeholders to identify business and program requirements, assess planning alternatives, prepare feasibility studies and reports, develop cost estimates, and present recommendations that support informed decision-making.
